16 September, Cairo, Egypt – On the margins of the 17th Meeting of the AfCFTA Council of Ministers, H.E. Wamkele Mene, Secretary-General of the AfCFTA Secretariat, received Honourable Julien Paluku Kahongya, Minister of External Trade of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Their discussions focused on the implementation of the AfCFTA, the challenges facing the DRC, and future activities to be undertaken at the national and regional levels with the support of the AfCFTA Secretariat.
