Accra, Ghana, 3 October 2025 – The newly appointed Egyptian Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Wael Fathy, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Wamkele Mene, Secretary-General of the AfCFTA Secretariat.

During the meeting, the Secretary-General provided an update on the current status of AfCFTA implementation and discussed with the Ambassador prospects for enhanced cooperation between Egypt and the Secretariat.
