Dakar, Senegal, 7 October 2025 – On the margins of the Invest in Senegal Forum, H.E. Wamkele Mene, Secretary-General of the AfCFTA Secretariat, met with Mr. Mamadou Faye, General Manager of the National Bank for Economic Development (BNDE).
The discussion explored areas of collaboration with a focus on developing value chains in the agricultural sector and enhancing access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
