We are excited to announce that the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Business Forum is on track to be the biggest business event on the continent! The event, which is co-hosted by the AfCFTA Secretariat and the Government of South Africa, will now take place from 16th to the 19th of April in Cape Town.
The event was rescheduled to provide an expanded programme of plenary sessions, roundtable discussions, fireside chats and side events, to cover key sectors and issues that are crucial to the success of the AfCFTA. As a participant, you can expect to meet and network with fellow African businesses, trade experts, and government officials, while enjoying the unique beauty of Cape Town. The side events, covering priority sectors such as agro-processing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, transportation and logistics, and digital trade and payments, will offer an opportunity to explore key trade and investment opportunities in these sectors.
We encourage you to save the new date and make arrangements to attend the AfCFTA Business Forum. The program will also be streamed virtually across all platforms. This is your chance to be a part of a historic event and to contribute to the growth of intra-Africa trade.
