Though the AfCFTA is governed by the Member States of the African Union, The Assembly of Heads of States, Council of Ministers, Committee of Senior Trade Officials, and the Secretariat constitute the institutional framework that implement, administrate, facilitate, monitor, and evaluate the AfCFTA.
