Cape Town, South Africa, 6 March 2025 – As part of ongoing engagement with State Parties to accelerate the implementation of the AfCFTA, the AfCFTA Secretary-General, H.E Wamkele Mene, was invited by H.E. Daniel Chapo, President of the Republic of Mozambique, to a meeting held in collaboration with the South Africa Chamber of Business Mozambique (SACBM) in Cape Town, South Africa.

The meeting provided a platform to engage stakeholders on opportunities to promote trade and investment in Mozambique, reinforcing efforts to deepen economic integration and drive private sector participation under the AfCFTA framework.
