Kigali, Rwanda – 11 October 2024– On the margins of BiasharaAfrica2024, the AfCFTA Secretariat held a workshop with Hyundai Group to explore opportunities for investments in various sectors. The discussions focused on automotive manufacturing, green hydrogen production, and trade-enabling infrastructure development. The workshop included key participants such as members of the AfCFTA Trade and Industrial Development Advisory Council, Auda-Nepad, and the CEO of the African Association of Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM). Hyundai reaffirmed its commitment to leveraging the AfCFTA market for investment and trade expansion across Africa.
